We offer you professional translations for fair prices. Our translators are sworn and state-approved experts for their languages and work fast and diligently.

No matter which language is requested, we can help. We offer with over 50 languages, from Polish, English, Turkish and Arabic to Macedonian, Urdu and Hebrew, almost all languages possible.

We translate more than just standard documents like birth-, marriage-, and death certificates. We also translate individual documents like papers from your attorney, insurance letters and private correspondence.

Your personal data is safe with us since we are bound to the Data Protection Act and the obligation of confidentiality just like doctors and administrators.

Interpretation

You have an appointment with a doctor or at an administrative office and need help with that? Our interpreters help you to overcome the language barriers and interpret everything for you so there is no chance of miscommunication. Our interpreters are professional, friendly and discreet. Ever appointment is handled confidentially and, naturally, the content of these appointments won’t get passed on to third parties, not even us in the office.

Our hourly rate for interpretation services is 90€ and we round up by every started half an hour according to the Judicial Remuneration and Compensation Act (JVEG). For example, if your appointment lasts for an hour and ten minutes, we charge one hour and thirty minutes. Furthermore, we charge 0,42€ per travelled kilometre to and from the appointment as travel expenses.

Review and Certify

Do you already have a translation, but need a certified translation so the administration offices accept it? We can help you with this as well. Sometimes a translation already exists but doesn’t get accepted by authorities because the translator is not state-approved or sworn or they’re only registered at a regional court and not a high court. In these cases, we can review the translations and confirm the correctness and completeness of the translation with our own name, so authorities accept the translations.

Since we confirm the translation with our own name, we must examine the translations closely and potentially must make changes. Since this is a higher expenditure of time than a simple translation of a text, we bill this effort differently.

We offer the review and confirmation of documents for the set hourly rate of 93€ according to the Judicial Remuneration and Compensation Act (JVEG). Just like with interpretation appointments we round up every started half an hour.

Application for an Apostille

Regularly, translations in the foreign language are for administrations abroad. They often demand an Apostille, so a legalisation of the legalisation, to accept the translations.

If this applies to your translation, we gladly apply for the Apostille for you. The Apostille must be applied for at the court where the signature of the respective translator is registered.

We offer this service for a price range of 25 to 50€. This price varies because each court has their own prices and the price also depends on the target country, since it might be necessary to get a different kind of Apostille, for example the Arabic countries require a different Apostille than Europe.
